Résumé
I served NEXO SA for more than 14 years, first as CIO (April 1999 - February 2002) then as Director of Methods and CIO (March 2002 - January 2004) and finally as Operating Director (February 2004 - October 2013).
NEXO is one of Europe's leading sound reinforcement loudspeaker manufacturers specialized in big events, concerts and stadiums. Since 2008 NEXO is a wholly owned strategic business unit of Yamaha Corporation. During this experience in the company I gained great insight on the competitive landscape in Europe, with particular focus in Germany and in this role I was in charge of the Industrial Operations, Supply Chain, Production, and Information System.
During this period at NEXO SA the turnover went from 17 million Euros to 25 million Euros, largely thanks to strong internal growth.
